Information on registration
All Conference Registrations (member, non-member and Student) for mmc2014 includes a Copy of meeting proceedings, Monday 30th June plenary talks and welcome drinks, Access to exhibition hall, plenary sessions, congress sessions which include the 175th Anniversary of the Royal Microscopical Society session, poster presentations, all company workshops, the Learning Zone and associated meetings (which include Frontiers in BioImaging, SPM, EMAG, Advanced Measurement Technology in the 21st Century meeting, FIB & Prep, Cross-Disciplinary EM & LM meeting). You will also be able to register for the pre-congress workshops here.

*Plenary Speakers, Session Organisers and Invited speakers do not need to register. You will be notified with registration instruction in due course.
Exhibition Visitors Only Registration
Online registration has now closed. You will be able to register from 15.00 on Monday 30th June.
The Exhibition Only registration will be free of charge and only includes access to the exhibition hall (which includes the poster area, Commercial Workshops, the RMS Learning Zone, Advanced Measurement Technology in the 21st Century meeting and much more). If you are exhibiting at mmc2014, please register via the online exhibitor manual.

ON-SITE Registration
Registration Desk Opening Times
The Registration Desk in the entrance hall of Manchester Central will be open during the following times:
Monday 30 June: 1030 – 1930
Tuesday 1 July: 0800 - 1800
Wednesday 2 July: 0800 – 1800
Thursday 3 July: 0900 – 1600
You can register for both the conference and exhibition at Manchester Central from 1030 on Monday 30 June. You will need to complete and form and if registering for the conference, make payment. We will accept credit/debit card payments and cash in Sterling.
Guidance
* Member rate applies to any member of The Royal Microscopical Society. Membership will be verified.
**Student rate is available to full-time undergraduate and graduate students only. Post-doctoral researchers are not considered students.
